Introduction

PairShot is a platform where couples can safely share precious memories. We have established the following community guidelines to ensure all users can use our service with peace of mind.

Core Principles

1. Respect and Kindness

• Treat other users with respect and kindness

• Harassment, bullying, and discriminatory behavior are prohibited

• Accept users with different values and cultures

2. Authenticity

• Share accurate and truthful information

• Impersonation and fake profiles are prohibited

• Share your experiences and memories honestly

3. Privacy Protection

• Do not share others' personal information without consent

• Do not post private information without your partner's consent

• Get consent from third parties before posting photos featuring them

4. Service Purpose Compliance

• Use only for memory sharing between existing couples/partners

• Using for meeting new romantic partners is prohibited

• Using for inappropriate relationships like affairs is prohibited

• Commercial dating/matchmaking services are prohibited

Prohibited Content

1. Dating/Inappropriate Relationship Building

• Posts/profiles seeking new romantic partners

• Posts seeking affair/infidelity partners

• Commercial dating/matchmaking services

2. Inappropriate Sexual Content

• Explicit sexual content

• Nude images/videos

• Sexual service solicitation/promotion

3. Violent/Threatening Content

• Posts promoting violence

• Threats or extortion

• Content promoting suicide or self-harm

4. Illegal/Harmful Content

• Illegal drug use/sales

• Copyright infringement content

• Fraud/spam activities

• Unauthorized disclosure of personal information

5. Discrimination/Hate

• Discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, etc.

• Hate speech

• Attacks on specific groups

Reporting and Moderation

Reporting Methods

• In-app reporting: Use report buttons on posts/profiles

• Email reporting: pairshot@gmail.com

• Emergency: pairshot@gmail.com (response within 24 hours)

Response Process

• Report acknowledgment: Within 24 hours

• Investigation: Detailed review of reported content (2-5 business days)

• Action: Response when violations are confirmed

• Notification: Results communicated to reporter and subject user

Violation Responses

• Minor violations: Warning, content removal

• Serious violations: Temporary account suspension

• Repeated/severe violations: Permanent account deletion

• Illegal activities: Report to law enforcement
