This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how we collect, use, and store personal information. By using our app, you agree to this Policy.

• Profile Information: Age, gender, profile photo

• Couple Information: Partner information, anniversary, relationship status

• Posted Content: Text, photos (we do not collect location information)

• Payment Information: App Store / Google Play in-app purchase history only

• Device Information: OS, model, app version, device ID

• Usage History: In-app behavior, browsing history, time spent

• Technical Information: IP address, access logs, error logs

• Analytics Data: Usage statistics, performance metrics

2.3 Third-Party Services

We only use the following services:

• Supabase: Database and authentication services (EU, USA)

• App Store / Google Play: Payment processing only

Apple App Store / Google Play

• Data Provided: Payment information only

• Purpose: In-app purchase processing

• Our Storage of Payment Information: None

4.2 Content Moderation

To maintain a safe and healthy community environment, we may access user content (photos, text, comments, etc.) only in the following cases:

Permitted Access:

• Investigation of Terms of Service violations based on user reports

• Detection and removal of inappropriate content

• Verification of suspected legal violations

• Response to security incidents

• User support (technical problem resolution)

Administrator Access Restrictions:

• Access is limited to the minimum necessary scope

• User content is not viewed without legitimate reason

• Obtained information is not used for purposes other than intended

4.3 Disclosure Based on Legal Requirements

We may disclose personal information only in the following cases:

• Disclosure requests based on laws and regulations

• Court orders

• Emergency situations to protect the life, body, or property of users or third parties

You can access and correct your data from the app settings.

6.2 Data Deletion

Deleting your account will completely remove your personal data.

This app is available to users aged 13 and above.

Users under 15 require parental consent.

If you do not agree to the changes, you may delete your account before the effective date to avoid application of the new Policy.

11. Specific Data Deletion Procedures

11.1 Deleting Posted Data

1. Open the relevant post

2. Tap the delete button

3. Select "Delete" in the confirmation dialog

11.2 Complete Account Deletion

1. Open settings

2. Select "Account Settings"

3. Tap "Delete Account"

4. Complete the confirmation process

After account deletion, all personal data will be completely removed within 30 days.

12. Business Transfer and Succession

12.1 Data Transfer in Business Succession

In the event that we sell, merge, reorganize, go bankrupt, or otherwise transfer all or part of our business, your personal information may be provided to the acquiring entity.

12.2 Data to be Transferred

The following data may be transferred to the acquiring entity:

• Account information (username, email address, etc.)

• Profile information

• Couple information

• Posted content (photos, text, comments, etc.)

• Usage history and analytics data

12.3 Advance Notice

If a business transfer is decided, we will notify you as follows:

• In-app notification (60 days in advance)

• Notice on the Privacy Policy page

12.4 User Options

After notification, if you do not agree to the transfer, you may:

• Export your data (download all data)

• Delete your account (complete deletion before transfer)

The acquiring entity will be required to implement privacy protection measures equivalent to or better than this Policy.

The changes will be applied 30 days after the in-app notification. Continued use will be deemed as consent to the updated Policy.
