PairShot ("we," "us," "our," "Service") is a mobile application designed exclusively for existing couples and partners to share memories together. By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
Important Usage Restriction: PairShot is NOT a dating app and is strictly prohibited from being used to meet new romantic partners. Any use for dating, hookup, or meeting new people purposes will result in immediate account termination.
2. Eligibility
To use PairShot, you must:
• Be at least 13 years old (parental consent recommended for minors)
• Be in an existing romantic relationship or partnership
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
3. Acceptable Use
3.1 Permitted Uses
• Sharing memories and experiences with your existing partner
• Creating and managing couple profiles together
• Using anniversary and date planning features
• Participating in couple-focused community features
3.2 Prohibited Uses
You agree NOT to use the Service for:

10. PairShot Premium Subscription
10.1 Premium Service Features
PairShot Premium subscription includes the following features:

• Exclusive premium skins, themes, and customization options
• Unlimited AI recommendation features
• Priority customer support
• Early access to new features and updates
10.2 Pricing and Billing
• Monthly Plan: $9.89/month
• Yearly Plan: $98.90/year
• Yearly plan includes a 3-day free trial (new users only)
• Charges will be applied to your selected payment method
10.3 Auto-Renewal
Important: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your subscription will renew for the same duration and price.
10.4 Cancellation Method
To cancel your subscription:
• Open iPhone Settings app
• Tap [Your Name] > Subscriptions
• Select PairShot Premium
• Tap "Cancel Subscription"
• Or manage through App Store > Profile > Subscriptions
10.5 Refund Policy
Refunds: Generally, no refunds are provided for customer convenience (accidental purchases, forgetting to cancel, service misunderstanding, etc.). 11. Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another person.

14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Miscellaneous
• If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect
• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service
• Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver
